KAIZEN..a Japanese term meaning “change for the better”. Applied to business organizations, it implies continuing improvement involving everyone that does not cost much, if any money.   Kaizen philosophy is the Japanese approach as ‘change for the better’ or ‘quality improvement’ at all levels in an organization (kai means change and zen means good). Kaizen leads as ‘small steps for continuous improvement’ philosophy concentrated more on human efforts rather than on results. Kaizen is an interesting comprehensive approach which shows to us the importance of people (of the ’bios) a smart theory that focuses people and quality in all

Kaizen and Gemba Kaizen are concepts of prof. Masaaki Imai the founder of KAIZEN® Global Institute.
